Our skilled therapists can customize the session to address your specific preferences and needs.

Our typical massage sessions usually last 60 or 90 minutes. However, we also offer shorter sessions for specific focus areas or longer sessions for a more universal experience. Discuss your preferences with your therapist during your consultation together prior to your session.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. Most clients disclose their comfort level, and our massage therapists are trained to cover you appropriately to ensure your privacy. You may discuss any concerns about clothing prior to your session.
No. We provide you with freshly laundered towels and sheets that are changed after each session. You can ask your therapist to use a specific massage oil that you bring if you wish. However, it is still not necessary as we provide all the necessary organic vegetable and essential oils that may be needed during your session.
Of course! We understand the importance of personal preferences. You can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, all our masseurs/masseuses are professionals with extensive training in various massage techniques. They are dedicated, passionate about providing safe, effective and specific treatments to enhance your well-being.
Please inform us of any personal conditions, allergies or concerns prior to your massage session. Our therapists will assess your needs and customize the massage to ensure your safety and comfort. If you have any doubts, it is recommended that you consult your practitioner before booking a session.
Tipping is welcome, but completely optional. If you feel satisfied with your massage experience, a customary tip is around 15-25% of the cost of the service. Tips can be given directly to your therapist or included when you pay for your session.
Yes, we offer gift cards for massage services. They are ideal gifts for special occasions or to show someone that you really care about their well-being. You can buy them online or purchase them in our store.
We understand that your plans may change. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
Our policy on cancellations is as follows:
- 48 hours before the appointment, no charge.
- 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the cost of the booked session will be charged.
- 12 hours before the appointment, full charge of the cost of the booked session.
- In case of a prepaid appointment, the money will be refunded to you minus the charges.
- In case of a non-prepaid appointment you will be charged the amount at your next session. In case the appointment is booked as part of a service package, the service will be charged as per the package.
During busy periods and days you will most likely be asked to pre-pay for your session in order to make your booking. In the event of a cancellation on your part you will follow our policy on cancellation charges.

- OnLine at www.santimassage.gr with payment options with debit/credit cards with the VISA & MASTERCARD, by bank transfer via IRIS, via your PayPal account, or via your Revolut account.
Although abroad our services may be justified in the respective public or private health care institutions in Greece this is not the case. So any prescription from any institution is not compatible with the shop as a payment consideration.
Spa services
We offer a range of relaxing and therapeutic spa services, including:

Although we accept guests without an appointment, we recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time. You can book online or call us at 2291055520.
We provide towels, robes, and slippers with a small charge of 5€. However, you may bring your own swimsuit if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration
Yes, individuals with certain medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, respiratory or circulatory systems conditions, or pregnancy) should consult their doctor before using our services. Please fill out the health questionnaire before your session.
Spa treatments promote relaxation, improve blood circulation, detoxify the body, and relieve muscle tension. Each service offers unique wellness benefits.
Pregnant women should consult their doctor before using the sauna, steam bath, hydrospa, or cold plunge. Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy.
- Sauna: 10-15 minutes per session
- Steam bath: 10-15 minutes per session
- Hydrospa: 15-30 minutes per session
- Cold Plunge: 1-5 minutes per session
Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the spa facilities. Minors are allowed only with parental consent and supervision.
Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before your session. Stay well-hydrated and arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax before your treatment & fill out your medical history.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which is stated in this FAQ.
Yes! We have gift vouchers available for any of our services. They make a great gift for any occasion.
Our facilities are shared, but we offer specific hours for gender-exclusive sessions upon request.
Yes, we offer private sessions for individuals or groups. Please contact us in advance for booking.
