- Members are personal and cannot be transferred.
- The membership fee is paid at the store upon registration, is valid for one month and is non-refundable. In the case of a lifetime membership of up to 12 months, we can offer up to 12 instalments depending on the amount paid by credit card.
- Member benefits and privileges follow the store’s product availability and appointment availability.
- Executive & Platinum members follow the spa usage policy which sets a maximum of 60 minutes per day, per member, for spa sessions.
- At Gold & Silver membership levels the free spa sessions cannot be carried over to the following months. The member is obliged to receive these services within the time frame of his/her monthly membership.
- Members enjoy the biggest possible discounts according to their level. In case any other discount is applicable at the same time and exceeds the member’s level of discount then automatically the member will get that higher discount.
- All the terms and conditions for massage sessions and spa services of the shop, in addition to those mentioned above, apply to members.
