By booking and receiving massage services from Santi Massage & Spa, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and that you have read and accepted the Disclaimer page

All sessions are scheduled by appointment. Clients are kindly requested to arrive in time for their appointments in order to ensure the full duration of their session. In the event of a delay on the part of the client, the session will be paid for at the price of the booked service & the length of the session will be adjusted according to the time remaining based on the shop’s schedule.

Customers are required to provide notice to the store at least 48 hours prior to their appointment in the event of cancellation; failure to do so may result in charges as described in the FAQs.

Clients are responsible for informing Santi Massage & Spa of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries prior to the session. Santi Massage & Spa reserves the right to refuse service based on the client’s health condition. The client is required to inform the centre of their health condition prior to their visit or massage session by completing the medical history form directly in the shop or online.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully during a massage session. Inappropriate & inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will be charged the full cost of the session.

All client information and discussions during the massage session will remain confidential. Massage therapists will not disclose any personal or health information without the client’s express consent.

Payment must be made at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit/debit cards with the VISA & MasterCard. The store reserves the right to request prepayment from the customer during periods or days of high demand.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Santi Massage & Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that clients bring on site.

Santi Massage & Spa ‘s masseurs are professionals with extensive knowledge and seminars on the art of massage. The scope of practice is limited to massage therapy and related wellness services. Massage therapists do not provide medical diagnoses, medical treatments or prescriptions. You should always consult your personal physician before receiving a massage session.

Customers under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive massage services. The parent or legal guardian must be present during the session.

Santi Massage & Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

– Customers must treat staff and other customers with respect at all times.

– The spa is a quiet zone. Minimise speech & noise levels and avoid the use of mobile phones throughout the centre.

– Drinks, coffee and any kind of beverages are prohibited within the spa facilities. Instead, it is recommended that you bring your water or electrolyte drink with you to keep you hydrated throughout your session.

– The consumption of food or any snacks is strictly prohibited on the premises.

– Smoking, alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.

– All appointments must be booked in advance. On-site appointments are accommodated based on availability.

– Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate time to prepare and complete your medical history.

– At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

– Clients are responsible for informing the spa of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before receiving treatments.

– For your safety, people with contagious conditions, skin diseases, open wounds or serious illnesses are not allowed to use the spa facilities.

– Pregnant women should notify staff at the time of booking to ensure that treatments are appropriate.

– Use of the spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room, hot tub & cold bath, is at the customer’s risk.

– We advise our clients to have consulted with their doctor before receiving a sauna, steam or cold bath treatment and to have obtained his/her written approval, which may also be requested by the spa staff if they consider that the health condition of the user makes it necessary.

– Customers must be at least 16 years old to have access to spa facilities and services, unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

– The spa cannot accept children under 8 years old even if they are accompanied by their parent/guardian.

– Some treatments may have additional age restrictions.

– Lockers are provided for the storage of personal belongings. However, the spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

– Customers are advised to avoid bringing items of value to the spa.

– Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of service.

– These items are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– Declined gift cards or vouchers will not be accepted.

– The spa is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions or adverse outcomes resulting from the treatments, provided that all necessary precautions have been taken and that the spa has been notified in writing by the clients.

– By using our facilities, customers agree to take responsibility for their health and safety.

The spa reserves the right to refuse to provide services to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behaviour, has a health history that the spa deems to be unfit to receive its services, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

– Personal information collected when booking and providing services will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

– The spa is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without their consent.
